Coffee Chats

Home Coffee Chats

Emotional Intelligence Changes More Than You Think.

It affects how you lead.
How you connect.
How you handle conflict.
How you respond under pressure.
How you experience community.
And even how you understand the way of Jesus.

This season, our Coffee Chat series is going deeper into Emotional Intelligence with four conversations about the places where our emotions, relationships, faith, and everyday lives intersect.

Four Conversations. One Big Question.

What could change if we became more emotionally intelligent?

LEAD | EI + Leadership | August 28 @ 9:00 – 10:30 am

Leadership is about more than making good decisions. It’s also about understanding ourselves, reading the room, navigating difficult conversations, building trust, and responding well under pressure.

Together, we’ll explore how emotional intelligence can help us become healthier, more self-aware, relationally wise leaders.

FOLLOW | EI + Jesus | September 25 @ 9:00-10:30 am

Jesus was compassionate without avoiding truth. He experienced emotion without being controlled by it. He connected deeply with people, navigated conflict, asked powerful questions, and knew when to engage and when to withdraw.

What can we learn when we look at Jesus through the lens of emotional intelligence?

FLOURISH | EI + Wellness | October 30 @ 9:00 – 10:30 am

Stress. Boundaries. Relationships. Rest. Resilience. Self-awareness.

Our emotional lives touch all of them. Let’s explore how understanding and managing our emotions can help us develop healthier rhythms and experience greater overall well-being.

BELONG | EI + Church Community | December 4 @ 9:00 – 10:30 am

What creates a church community where people feel known, connected, and safe enough to grow? We’ll explore emotional intelligence, relationships, conflict, hurt, belonging, and the everyday work of building healthy community.

Grab Some Coffee. Join the Conversation.

Each Coffee Chat begins at 9:00 AM, with doors opening at 8:30 AM. Come a little early, grab some coffee and light snacks, find your seat, and connect before the conversation begins.

No long lectures. No need to be an expert.

Just meaningful conversations, practical tools, thoughtful questions, and space to explore what emotional intelligence can look like in real life.

All four conversations will take place in the Conference Room at Full Life.

Seating is limited, so reserve your spot today.
